Vertex films are manufactured at tier-one global facilities — the same kind of facilities that produce flagship films for the world's most respected brands. Every layer, every process, every tolerance is engineered to a single standard: no compromise.
Premium polyester base, ceramic powders, and titanium nitride compounds — sourced exclusively from tier-one global suppliers.
Magnetron sputtering, multi-layer optical deposition, and precision lamination — performed in clean-room environments at world-class facilities.
Every batch tested for IR rejection, UV blocking, optical clarity, and adhesive stability — held to specifications that match flagship international brands.
Installed exclusively by trained technicians at Vertex Certified Studios across Malaysia — never sold for self-installation.
A 70% VLT lets in most of the natural light. A 5% VLT is near-opaque. Lower is darker — not necessarily better. The right shade depends on local regulations and your personal preference for privacy and light.
This is the single most important number for cabin comfort. Conventional dyed films reject 20–40%. Premium ceramic films reject 80–95%. Aurora reaches 95–99%. Higher means a cooler cabin and less air conditioning load.
All Vertex films block 99% of UVA and UVB rays — protecting your skin from premature aging, your eyes from long-term damage, and your interior from fading.
Used in our flagship Aurora series. Each layer is precisely tuned to reflect specific wavelengths of infrared while allowing visible light to pass — delivering maximum heat rejection without darkening the cabin.
Used in our Glacier series with titanium nitride. The result is a film that's far more stable, color-fast, and effective than traditional dyed or metallized films.
All Vertex films use ceramic and optical technology rather than conventional metallic layers. This means GPS, mobile signals, toll transponders, and radio reception remain completely unaffected.
We don't cut corners.
Because corners are where comfort fails.
